Mobility and flexibility work can be boring, I get it.

The endless stretches, the same old routines - it makes it easy to struggle with consistency and put mobility on the back burner when it comes to priorities.

I've been there too.

I pushed hard in the gym, prioritizing the big lifts, fun skills, and sweaty WODs... but ended up in this perpetual injury-rehab cycle.

After a final back tweak, I said, 'Enough is enough.' I couldn't keep neglecting the little things if I wanted to stay active for life.

That's where locomotion comes in. While it's not the only thing that has changed, it has been an important and welcome addition to my training routine - and now for many of my clients - on our pain-free movement and fitnesss journeys.
